The Five Wine Barrels Run (A to A)
Legend has it that during the final years of the Ming Dynasty, Chen Ailu and ten others from mainland China’s Quanzhou came to Taiwan. One of them, Cai Guangsheng, had five sons, and they all brewed their own wine. However, father and sons were all addicted to drinking so they used to bring wine to drink in the mountains for entertainment. Every time, each of the five sons would carry a ceramic container with a certain amount of wine into it, therefore, the mountain was called “Wujiutong”, or “Five Wine Barrels”.
The mountain sits at 150 meters above the sea level, and the five stacked ceramic containers on the mountain tops are a sign of “Wujiutong”. The mountain features pavilions, terraces, statues, stone sculptures, wine containers, amazing views, among others. There are several routes way up to the Wujiutong mountain, so let’s see on which one of these routes the hares Pubic Growth and Just Wen Yin are bringing us this coming Sunday.
The hares have promised an A to A run of 8Km (including checks) with less than 300m elevation, a small stream crossing, a lot of runnable sections and a lot of fun.
As an additional note, the hare Pubic Growth was almost caught last year while haring a run for CH3, even though he is one of the faster runners on the island. Later on, it was discovered that he was jerking off on trail and got a bit tired. Let’s see if he can manage to escape unharmed this time as he is bringing a girl as cohare who might give him a shaky hand.
附加資訊，就算Pubic Growth在台灣算跑很快，但他去年在China Hash做路差點被追到。最後被人發現原來他一邊跑步一
