In the Old Days, The Avatar kept the balance between the Water Tribes, Earth Kingdom, Fire Nation and Air Nomads so, it was a time of peace, but everything changed when the Fire Nation attacked.

Only the Avatar mastered all four elements and only he could stop the rutless Firebenders, but when the world need him most, he vanished. Some people believe that the Avatar was never reborn into the Air Nomads and that the cycle is broken, but there is still a hope.

It seems like The Avatar was reborn into the China Hash House Harriers to master a new element that is only found in Taiwan Lands: The Binglang… Becoming the Last Binglangbender is the main goal of KK Krackhead but beside that, he is appearing as Hare on next Sunday being followed (as usual) by Lick a Spick as cohare. They both will bring you to the beautiful scenery of Neihu. A perfectly runnable 8Km, 400m elevation run where you will see a waterfall, river, trails, temples, gardens among other things.
看起來阿凡達會從CH3中重生,並掌握了一個只有在台灣可以找的到的元素 – 檳榔!!! 「三K裂頭」的最後目標除了想成為一個包檳榔的人,他還要當本周主兔,跟「舔乾淨」當副兔(就像平常一樣在後面追著跑)。他們倆將會帶領我們跑美麗的內湖。一個完美的8公里跑徑,400公尺高處可以讓我們看到清澈的瀑布、小橋流水、寺廟、花園等等。

Take the MRT to Dahu Park Station, Exit 1, and follow the flour to the run start.

Drivers can go to Dahu Park Paking Lot (In front of Dahu Park Station Exit 2)
Also you could park at the street parking spaces available along Chenggong Road beside Dahu Park.
Then walk to Dahu Park Station Exit 1, and follow the flour to the run start.

搭捷運到 捷運大湖公園站(文湖線),一號出口,然後隨著麵粉到起跑點。

1- First time runners! Bring a change, set of clean clothes and shoes. Trail might be muddy, crossing rivers may happen, and hares are responsible if it is raining. (Blame them during the down-downs)
2- hashers bringing first time runners, please, be in charge to babysit them along the trail.
3- It is recommended to 1st Time runners to bring their Cellphone on the trail.
4- This is a running event, it may include trails, climbing, snakes … runners are informed they are RESPONSIBLE for their OWN safety. Late Walkers/Runners will be rescued if missing at the finish line…
5- Eat before to join to avoid low blood sugar pressure
6- this event is including alcholic beverages, please be reponsible and don’t drive

1- 第一次來參加的兔友們,請攜帶更換的衣服及鞋子。路線可能會泥濘,也有可能會穿越一些河。如果下雨的話,就怪兔子吧(你可以在down down時唸他們一下)!!
2- 帶第一次來跑的兔友們,請自行負責照顧你的朋友!
3- 我們建議第一次來跑的朋友們,帶著你的手機一起跑,以備不時之需
4- 這是一個跑山的活動,這代表會有未開發的小徑、攀岩、蛇等等,參加者自行對自身安全負責。遲到或是走比較慢的兔友,我們如果發現你沒回到終點,我們會去找你。
5- 參加此活動前,請確保你來之前吃些東西,避免低血糖血壓狀況發生
6- 這是一個提供酒精飲料的活動,喝酒不開車,開車不喝酒!
